     A system that includes appointing a person responsible for handling personal data and clarifying employees’ roles and the scope of data handling is in place. Reporting and communication structures are established to inform the person in charge if there are any facts or signs of violations of the Personal Information Protection Act or internal regulations.
    Additionally, regular self-inspections are conducted, and audits by other departments are carried out to monitor the handling status of personal information.

(4) Human Safety Management Measures

    Regular training is provided to employees on considerations for handling personal data. Matters related to confidentiality are included in work regulations and other internal policies.

(5) Physical Safety Management Measures

    Entry and exit control is implemented in areas where personal data is handled, and measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
    Equipment, electronic media, and documents containing personal data are managed to prevent theft or loss, and leak prevention measures are taken when carrying such equipment or media.

(6) Technical Safety Management Measures

    Access to information systems and devices handling personal information databases, etc., is limited, and only designated employees can use them.
    In addition, measures are taken to protect information systems and devices handling personal data from unauthorized external access or unauthorized software.
